Blowfish a leading contemporary glass gallery in Stourbridge decided to have a glass exhibition alongside the British Glass Biennale in August and September 2024.
It was called the ‘Fifteen x Fiteen’ exhibition. With an open call, all glass artists were asked to make a small unique work that would fit in a box of 15x15x15cm.
Out of more than 100 applications 47 participants were selected, each pushing the boundaries of the medium of glass.
And I’m very happy that my formidable ‘You are my Summer with the Family’ was selected and exhibited at the famous Blowfish contemporary glass gallery in Stourbridge (owned by are Bethany Wood and Elliot Walker, winner of Blown Away season 2 and representing and sell art from prestigious glass artists worldwide).
