‘Water Colours‘ – Summer of 2022 was really a dry one. That made me think about how much we depend on water. This work represent all kinds of colours of water to remind us how beautiful and precious water is in our world.
This work is made from coloured Bullseye sheet glass that I transform into a 3D-object. I cut out the desired shapes which are melted together into one beautiful object. Here arches in green/blue shades are melted on a circle. The big circle on one side has an iridescent layer. The small turquoise circle is melted in the centre.
